Reflexology Course Description

Definition of Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient healing science based on the understanding that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all glands, organs, and systems of the body. By applying gentle pressure with the thumbs, fingers, and hands to these reflex points, stress is reduced and the body’s natural healing responses are supported.

Each foot contains over 7,000 nerve endings, 26 bones, 107 ligaments, and 19 muscles. Reflexology can help improve circulation, reduce body tension, and restore a sense of overall well‑being.
